Shipping and Returns Policies
Your Shipping Address:
For
your protection, we may need to contact you by phone to verify your
order information if your Order's Shipping Address is different from
your Billing Address. If
you use different addresses for your order, please be sure to use phone
numbers where we will able to contact you between 9AM - 5PM CST in case
we do need to verify your order. Your order can not be processed and will not be shipped if we are unable to reach you.
Shipping Information:
We are able to ship to your home or office within the United States only.
Standard UPS
ground shipping will deliver your order to your home or office within
six (6) business days after shipment is made from our warehouse. Most orders are processed within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders containing personalized or engraved items take 10-15 working days to process. Veils, headpieces, and/or personalized candy and candles may require up to 4 weeks delivery time.
If there is a problem with processing your order within this timeframe, you will be notified by e-mail.
In the event you need
a rush order, you may also specify UPS Overnight or 2nd Day Air;
however, you will be responsible for those shipping charges and, if
applicable, any manufacturer rush charges that may incur. The above
stated order processing times still apply. Saturday delivery is not
available.
In the event
your order must be modified, please contact us within one hour of
placing the order. Any packages that are refused at delivery will incur
the original shipping charges, in addition to a $20 return processing fee.

NOTE:
Additional shipping charges may apply for orders containing large
quantities of heavy products such as place card frames, bubbles, etc.
Should this occur, you will be contacted to confirm additional
charges. At no time will additional charges be applied without your
knowledge or approval. Shipping charges for Personalized
Invitations Orders are specifically quoted at the time or order and do
not follow the above chart!
Cancellations will not be accepted. Please see the following section to return merchandise.
