Returns
Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed for 10 days from the date of receipt of your original purchase. This must fall PRIOR to your wedding date. Please keep the following in mind:
Absolutely no returns will be accepted after the wedding date.
Any alterations made to any items, including original product packaging that has been opened or damaged, will void all warranties and will not be accepted as a return under any circumstances.
Please Note that all merchandise returns or exchanges are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Freight shall be payable by you for both ways. However, if you receive any product which is defective or has been damaged during shipment, we will immediately replace the product without charge.
Certain items will not be accepted as returns. Any packages that are refused at delivery will incur the original shipping charges, in addition to a $20 return processing fee.

Any invitation or other item purchased from our Personalized Invitations offerings! Returns of these items must be handled directly through http://bridestuff.cceasy.com.
All returns must be accompanied by an RMA described below in "Return Requirements".
Return Requirements:

Print the RMA receipt that will be emailed to you once your request has been accepted.

Return the product in the original box with packing materials along with the RMA receipt and original packing sheet.
We suggest insuring your return package, since we are not responsible for any items that are broken in return shipment. If items are broken, no refund will be given. Returned items must be post marked within 10 days after receipt of RMA.
The item must be received by BrideStuff.com within 30 days of receipt of your order. This must fall PRIOR to your wedding date. Freight shall be payable by you for both ways.

Defective or Damaged Products
We fully guarantee all of our products to be free from factory defects. If any product is found to be defective, or has been damaged in shipping, we will refund or exchange providing you follow the "Return Policy" listed above.
Exchanges
If you purchase a product from us and it does not meet your satisfaction, we will gladly exchange it for any product from our extensive collection. If the product you choose as a replacement carries a lower price, we will refund the difference. The bride is responsible for shipping and handling. To exchange any of our products follow the instructions listed above in "Return Policy".
Refunds
We will give a refund for any of our products that are damaged in shipping, are shown to have factory defects, or does not meet your complete satisfaction. Refunds or credits will not be given for products that have been used or damaged by customer from misuse or neglect. Disposable cameras, engraved items, and custom orders are non-refundable (with the exception of those that have factory defects or are damaged in shipping). Defective/damaged items must be returned for inspection or no refund will be given.
Shipping charges or rush charges will not be refunded. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a BrideStuff.com error.

Under no circumstances, will refunds or exchanges be given after our warranty period.
